There are lots of cauliflower tots recipes out there, but most call for a lot of cheese. If you'd prefer a vegan or dairy-free recipe, then this is it! It still tates great but has less calories, and this way everyone can enjoy them!

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup cashew cheese
- 1 flax egg (a real egg will work as well)
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- sea salt to taste
